1. Parties and services

These Terms of Business set out how Factotum Accountancy Ltd (“Factotum”) will provide accountancy and related professional services to you and your business, and how we work with Pulse+ to keep verified information secure.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and respond promptly to reasonable requests.
Complete identity and company checks when asked so we can meet our professional obligations.
Tell us promptly if directors, ownership, or contact details change.

3. Fees and engagement

Fees and scope for ongoing work are confirmed separately. No regulated assurance opinion is formed by accepting these terms alone.

4. Pulse+ and data

Pulse+ records permissions and verification outcomes you authorise. Factotum only uses verified facts within the purposes you grant. You can review or withdraw permissions in Pulse+ subject to legal retention duties.

5. Ending the engagement

Either party may end the engagement on reasonable written notice. Professional clearance and handover follow Factotum’s usual process.
